Management in the business plan
The financial part of the Business Plan is generally provided over 3 years for medium-sized projects and 5 years for large projects (requiring considerable investments).
In your market research you have determined your revenue potential (increasing steadily over the years).
In your financial thinking, you've integrated the fact that your business will generate costs for produce and operate. You are going to size the size of the company for a reasonable cost compared to the turnover you expect. And then you calculate the breakeven point of your business: in other words, from how many items sold (annually or monthly, depending on your activity) is that you cover all your expenses and you begin to make profits.
And you will then express the estimated budget of your company for 3 years: with the cost estimates and revenue forecasts for each month.
